Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement

By engaging Roxtobi for motor tuning, brake systems, or transmission services, you accept these terms. Services are provided by Roxtobi GmbH, Haunstetter Straße 76, 86161 Augsburg, Deutschland.

2. Quotation & Pricing

All quotations are estimates. Final pricing may vary based on actual work required. Invoice payment is due within 14 days of service completion.

3. Warranty

Work performed is guaranteed for 12 months from completion date. Warranty excludes normal wear, accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. Warranty claims must be reported within 30 days of discovery.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle information
• Disclose prior modifications or damages
• Authorize all work in writing before commencement

5. Liability

Roxtobi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the service cost paid. Vehicle modifications carry inherent risks; customer assumes all operational risks post-service.

6. Cancellation

Cancellations must be made 48 hours before scheduled service. Cancellations within 48 hours incur 50% service charge.

7. Data Protection

Personal data is collected for service delivery and invoicing only. We comply with GDPR. Data is not shared with third parties without consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved under German law (Augsburg jurisdiction). Informal resolution attempts will be made first.

9. Changes to Terms

Roxtobi reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days' notice.
